By accessing and using the rumahflava.com website (the "Website"), you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Definitions

  • "We" / "Rumah Flava" — the operator of the rumahflava.com Website.
  • "User" / "You" — anyone who accesses the Website, whether shopping or not.
  • "Product" — goods sold on the Website (books, Qur'ans, merchandise, etc.).
  • "Order" — a Product purchase transaction made through the Website.

2. User Accounts

  • You must provide accurate information when registering.
  • You are responsible for keeping your account password confidential.
  • Activity that occurs on your account is your responsibility.
  • We reserve the right to deactivate accounts that violate these Terms & Conditions, commit fraud, or engage in suspicious activity.
  • One person may have only one account.

3. Ordering and Payment

  • Prices, stock, and product descriptions may change at any time without notice.
  • A new order is considered valid only after payment is successfully confirmed.
  • Payment must be made within the time limit shown on the checkout page. Orders are cancelled automatically if the deadline passes.
  • We reserve the right to cancel an order if a pricing error, out-of-stock situation, suspected fraud, or other valid reason is found. Any funds already paid will be refunded in full.
  • Available payment methods: bank transfer, e-wallet, virtual account, and QRIS via Midtrans.

4. Shipping

  • Shipping is done within 1-3 business days after payment is confirmed (except for pre-order products, whose timing is shown on the product page).
  • The delivery time estimate depends on the courier and destination, usually 2-7 business days.
  • The risk of damage/loss after the item is handed to the courier follows the terms of the chosen courier.
  • You must ensure the recipient's address and phone number are correct. Address errors are the buyer's responsibility.

5. Returns and Warranty

The terms for returning items are governed separately on the Return Policy page.

6. Vouchers, Promos, and Points

  • Vouchers and promos have a validity period, minimum spend requirements, and limited quotas shown at the time of use.
  • Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash.
  • Points are earned from successful transactions. Points can be redeemed for vouchers or discounts according to the applicable program.
  • We reserve the right to revoke vouchers/points if fraud is found.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

  • All Website content (logo, design, product photos, descriptions) belongs to Rumah Flava or the relevant rights holders.
  • You may not copy, distribute, or use Website content for commercial purposes without written permission.

8. Prohibitions

You are prohibited from using the Website to:

  • Engage in unlawful activities or activities that harm others.
  • Create fake accounts or impersonate other people.
  • Attempt to hack, disrupt, or damage the Website's systems.
  • Manipulate promos, vouchers, or the points program.
  • Resell without approval (unless you are a registered official reseller).

9. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Rumah Flava is not liable for:

  • Indirect losses (loss of profit, reputational damage, etc.).
  • Disruptions to Website access due to force majeure (natural disasters, national internet outages, massive cyberattacks).
  • Data entry errors made by users.

Our maximum liability for a transaction is limited to the value of that transaction.

10. Changes to the Terms & Conditions

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes take effect once announced on the Website. Continued use of the Website after changes is considered acceptance of the latest version.

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any dispute that arises will be resolved amicably, or, if no agreement is reached, through the competent District Court.
